ضوابط التجديد في علوم القرآن الكريم

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لبيان ضوابط التجديد في علوم القرآن الكريم ، وقد وضحت مضمونها من خلال جملة من المطالب ، فأما المطلب الأول: ففيه التعريف بمصطلحات المداخلة ، هي: الضوابط، والتجديد وعلوم القرآن الكريم، وأما المطلب الثاني: الضوابط التي تخص القائم على التجديد في علوم القرآن الكريم وأما المطلب الثالث: الضوابط المتعلقة بمجالات التجديد في علوم القرآن و المطلب الرابع: الضوابط المتعلقة بالأدلة المعتمدة في الاستدلال على مسائل ومباحث القرآنية، وأما المطلب الأخير: فخصصته للكلام عن الضوابط والشروط المتعلقة بالغايات والمقاصد العلمية للنوع المتحدث، ومن اهم ما توصلت إليه : أن التجديد في علوم القرآن الكريم يتعلق بجوانب متعدد ، وأهمها: الإتيان بما ليس بشائع في دراسات وبحوث السابقين، وإعادة النظر في الموضوعات الرائجة، وتصحيح بعض الأخطاء الواردة في كتب علوم القرآن الكريم This study aims to clarify the regulations governing renewal (tajdīd) in the sciences of the Noble Qur'an. Its content is presented through several sections. The first section defines the key terms of the paper: regulations, renewal, and the sciences of the Noble Qur'an. The second section discusses the regulations pertaining to the individual undertaking renewal in the sciences of the Qur'an. The third section addresses the regulations related to the fields and areas of renewal within Qur'anic studies. The fourth section examines the regulations concerning the evidences relied upon in deducing Qur'anic issues and topics. The final section is devoted to the regulations and conditions related to the scholarly aims and objectives of the subject under discussion. Among the most important findings of the study is that renewal in the sciences of the Noble Qur'an pertains to multiple aspects, foremost among them: introducing matters not commonly addressed in the studies and research of earlier scholars, re-examining prevalent topics, and correcting certain errors found in the classical works on the sciences of the Qur'an.
