Abstract

فهذه ورقة بحثية بعنوان: دراسة أسانيد العلامة أبي مهدي عيسى بن محمد الثعالبي [ت 1080هـ ] لروايات صحيح مسلم، قدمت فيها بترجمة الإمام مسلم وترجمة العلامة الثعالبي، ثم درست أسانيده المؤدية لصحيح مسلم دراسة حديثية بترجمة رواة السند ومعرفة الاتصال والانقطاع، وذكر العالي والنازل منها، و بیان رواياته لصحيح مسلم، ثم ذيلت الورقة بذكر أشهر روايات المسندين الجزائريين لصحيح مسلم، ثم ختمت الورقة بنتائج البحث.This paper, entitled "A Study of the Chains of Transmission of the Scholar Abū Mahdi 'Isā ibn Muhammad al-Tha'alibi (d. 1080 AH) for the Narrations of Şahih Muslim," examines the isnāds through which al-Tha'ālibī transmitted the narrations of Şahih Muslim. The study begins with concise biographical accounts of Imam Muslim and al-Tha'alibi, followed by a critical hadīth-based analysis of the transmission chains leading to Şahih Muslim. This analysis includes detailed profiles of the narrators, an assessment of continuity and discontinuity within the chains, and a classification of the isnāds into higher ('ālī) and lower (nāzil) categories. It further clarifies al-Tha'ālibī's modes of transmission of Şahih Muslim. The paper concludes with a supplementary section highlighting the most prominent transmission chains of Algerian musnid scholars for Şahih Muslim, followed by a presentation of the principal findings of the study
