Abstract

الإمام الشيخ عبد الحميد بن باديس رحمه الله (1307-1359هـ) مؤسس جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين ورائد النهضة الجزائرية في العصر الحديث، كان ولا زال رمزا من رموز العلم والإصلاح في الجزائر درس الشريعة الإسلامية ونهل من معين علومها، ليسهم في تأسيس منهج تعليمي قائم على المصادر الإسلامية الأصيلة من قرآن وسنة، فكان أن فسر القرآن الكريم كاملا، كما شرح كتاب الموطأ للإمام مالك أيضا، واحتفى بذلك في السنة الموالية لختمه تفسير القرآن، أي سنة 1358هـ / 1939م، وهو ما يبرز مدى اهتمام الشيخ ابن باديس بحديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم واعتماده عليه في منهجه الإصلاحي، بل إن تأسيسه لصحيفة باسم "السنة" لخير دليل على عنايته بهذا المصدر التشريعي، فقد كان يؤمن رحمه الله بأن التغيير والإصلاح لابد وأن ينطلقا من كتاب الله العزيز وسنة نبيه الكريم صلوات ربي وسلامه عليه، وكتاب "مجالس التذكير من حديث البشير النذير" الذي ضم دروسه ومقالاته التي كان يكتبها في مختلف الصحف والمجلات حافل بعنايته بمصادر السنة النبوية، والتي من أهمها صحيح الإمام مسلم، الذي نجد له حضورا لافتا عند الإمام الشيخ، من خلال عزو الأحاديث إليه منفردا ومقرونا، واعتماد ألفاظه فيما يستشهد به من أحاديث، وغير ذلك، من هنا تأتي هذه المساهمة بعنوان: "عناية الشيخ عبد الحميد بن باديس بصحيح مسلم من خلال كتاب مجالس التذكير من حديث البشير النذير" لإبراز مكانة صحيح مسلم لدى الشيخ ابن باديس، ومنهجه في الاعتماد عليه والاستفادة منه.Sheikh Abdelhamid Ben Badis, may God have mercy on him (1307-1359 AH), founder of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars and pioneer of the Algerian renaissance in the modern era, was and still is a symbol of knowledge and reform in Algeria. He studied Islamic law to contribute to establishing an educational curriculum based on authentic Islamic sources from the Qur'an and Sunnah. He interpreted the entire Qur'an and also explained Al-Muwatta of Imam Malik, celebrating the completion of his Qur'anic interpretation in the following year, 1358 AH/1939 AD. This highlights Sheikh Ben Badis's deep interest in the Prophet's hadith and his reliance on it in his reformist methodology. Indeed, his founding of a newspaper named "Al-Sunnah" is the best evidence of his care for this legislative source. He believed, may God have mercy on him, that change and reform must start from the Book of God and the Sunnah of the Messenger of God. The book "Majalis al-Tadhkir min Hadith al-Bashir al-Nadhir," which includes his lessons and articles written in various newspapers and magazines, is full of his attention to the sources of the Prophetic Sunnah, among which the Sahih of Imam Muslim is one of the most important. We find a remarkable presence of Sahih Muslim with the Imam Sheikh, through attributing hadiths to it alone or combined, relying on its wording in the hadiths he cites, and more. Hence, this contribution entitled: "Sheikh Abdelhamid Ben Badis's Care for Sahih Muslim through the Book Majalis al-Tadhkir min Hadith al-Bashir al-Nadhir" aims to highlight the status of Sahih Muslim for Sheikh Ben Badis, his methodology in relying on it, and benefiting from it.
