الشمائل المحمدية لأبي عيسى بين الرواية والضبط الحديثي : ملامح من عناية المدرسة الجزائرية

Abstract

تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى إبراز ملامح العناية التي أولتها المدرسة الجزائرية لكتاب الشمائل المحمدية للإمام أبي عيسى الترمذي، من خلال مقاربة حديثية تبرز التكامل بين الرواية بالسند والضبط الحديثي، بعيدًا عن الطرح الوعظي المجرد. وتنطلق الدراسة من تتبع مظاهر تلقي الكتاب في البيئة الجزائرية، ولا سيما عبر مجالس الإقراء والسماع التي عقدت في المساجد والزوايا، خاصة في المواسم الدينية، حيث قُرئ الكتاب قراءة كاملة أو جزئية، مصحوبة بالشرح المختصر، والتلقي الجماعي، بما يعكس حضوره في البناء العلمي والتربوي معا. كما تتناول المداخلة جانب الرواية والإسناد، من خلال عرض نماذج من الأسانيد التي وصلت إلى الجزائر وبيان صلة العلماء الجزائريين بسلاسل الرواية المشرقية والمغاربية، وحرصهم على إثبات السماع والإجازة مما يدل على اندماجهم في الشبكة الحديثية العامة للأمة.وتقف الدراسة عند جملة من القواعد الحديثية المستنبطة من أسانيد الشمائل ورجالها، مثل قواعد الإطلاق في أسماء الرواة، وضبط التصغير والتكبير، وثبات الحركات في الأسماء، ونفي بعض الصيغ أو الأسماء من الكتاب بوصفه قرينة حديثية معتبرة في دفع الاشتباه، إضافة إلى قواعد تتعلق بالكني، والتعيين عند الإطلاق، وخصوصيات بعض الأسانيد. وتخلص المداخلة إلى أن عناية المدرسة الجزائرية بكتاب الشمائل المحمدية تمثل نموذجا علميا منضبطا جمع بين الرواية الموثقة، والدراية الحديثية، والوظيفة التربوية، وأسهم في ترسيخ مركزية السنة النبوية في التلقي والاقتداء.This paper aims to highlight the features of the attention given by the Algerian scholarly tradition to the book Al-Shamā'il al-Muhammadiyya by Imām Abū īsā al-Tirmidhi, through a hadith-based approach that demonstrates the integration between transmission through isnād and precise hadith verification, moving beyond purely devotional or homiletic readings. The study begins by tracing the ways in which the book was received in the Algerian milieu, particularly through recitation and listening sessions (majālis al-iqra' wa-l-sama) held in mosques and traditional learning centers (zāwiyas), especially during religious seasons. In these gatherings, the book was read in full or in part, accompanied by brief explanations and collective study, reflecting its role in both scholarly formation and spiritual education. The paper also examines the aspect of transmission and isnād by presenting examples of chains of transmission that reached Algeria, highlighting the links between Algerian scholars and the broader networks of transmission in the Mashriq and the Maghrib. It also sheds light on their diligence in documenting audition (samā) and authorization (ijāza), demonstrating their integration into the wider hadith scholarly tradition of the Muslim community.Furthermore, the study explores a number of hadith principles derived from the chains of transmission and the narrators of Al-Shamā'il, such as rules regarding the general usage of narrator names, the precision of diminutive and augmented forms, the consistency of vowelization in names, and the absence of certain forms or names in the text as a recognized hadith-related indicator for resolving ambiguity. The study also addresses principles related to kunyas (agnomens), identification in cases of general mention, and specific characteristics of certain chains of transmission.
