جهود علماء المغرب الأوسط في خدمة صحيح مسلم- التصنيف أنموذجا

Abstract

هذا البحث استفتحته بمقدمة ذكرت فيها اهتمام علماء الجزائر بصحيح مسلم ، كما ذكرت فيها إشكالية البحث ، والدراسات السابقة ، ثم خطة البحث وأما صلب البحث فقسمته إلى ثلاثة مباحث المبحث الأول : كان مخصصا لذكر المصنفات المتعلقة بشرح المتن الشروح والتعليقات وشروحالغريب): وتحت هذا المبحث مطالب : أولاها : ذكرت فيه تصانيفهم في شرح صحيح مسلم ، فذكرت شرحأحمد بن عتيق وشرح العباسي وشرح أبي راس الناصري. وفي المطلب الثاني : تكلمت على المصنفات التي خدمت شروحا متعلقة بصحيح مسلم ، فذكرت شرح عيسى الزواوي وشرح ابن الشاط البجائي وشرح محمد بن يوسف السنوسي ، وهذه الشروح كلها تكملة لشروحأخرى كشرح الأبي وغيره. وفي المطلب الثالث : كان الكلام على الكتب المؤلفة في شرح الغريب الواقع في صحيح مسلم، وخصصته للحديث على كتاب مطالع الأنوار على صحاح الآثار لابن قرقول. وأما المبحث الثاني : فرمت فيه الكلام على الكتب المصنفة في النواحي العلمية الأخرى لصحيح مسلم بدءا من الكتب المؤلفة في رجال مسلم ، وأقصد بذلك كتاب" فتح المبهم في ضبط رجال مسلم" لأبركان الراشدي، وكتاب : " ترتيب رجال الكتب الستة" ليحيى بن محمد التلمساني: كما ذكرت اختصارات صحيح مسلم ممثلة في " اختصار صحيح مسلم " لابن تومرت لأثلث بذكر المصنفات في الجمع بين أحاديث صحيح مسلم وغيره وتحت هذا المطلب كان الكلام على كتابي عبد الحق الإشبيلي : " الجمع بين الصحيحين " و " الجمع بين أحاديث صحيح مسلم وباقي الكتب السنة". وكذا كتاب "الأحاديث التي اتفق عليها أصحاب الكتب الستة" للشيخ فضيل اسكندر. وفي رابع مطالب هذا المبحث أشرت إلى المصنفات في مدح صحيح مسلم وبالذات قصيدة" قرة العين بمدح الصحيحين" لمحمد ساسي البوني وتخميسها لحفيده أحمد بن قاسم البوني. وأما عن الكتب المصنفة في مشكلات صحيح مسلم ، فهما كتابان: كتاب "التقييم شرح ما أشكل من صحيح مسلم " محمد بن يوسف السنوسي. وكتاب" شرح مشكلات الصحيحين" لابن قرقول. و آخر مطالب هذا المبحث تكلمت على كتب الأثبات والختم لصحيح مسلم. أعني كتاب "ثبت في أسانيد الكتب الستة للعباسي وختم أبي الحسن علي الونيسي. وفي المبحث الثالث كان الحديث على نماذج من الشروح الجزائرية على صحيح مسلم وهي ثلاثة شروحشرح إكمال الإكمال لعيسى الزواوي. و مختصر شرح مسلم" لابن الشاط وكتاب "مكمل إكمال الإكمال" للسنوسي .research with an introduction in which I mentioned the interest of Algerian scholars in Sahih Muslim in general, then the problem of the research, previous studies, then the research plan, As for the core of the research, I divided it into three sections: The first section: It was devoted to mentioning the works related to the explanation of the text (commentaries, commentaries, and strange explanations): Under this section there are demands: Firstly: I mentioned their classifications in the explanation of Sahih Muslim, so I mentioned the explanation of Ahmad bin Atiq, the explanation of Al-Abbasi, and the explanation of Abu Ras Al-Nasiri. In the second topic: I spoke about the works that served as explanations related to Sahih Muslim, so I mentioned the explanation of Issa al-Zawawi, the explanation of Ibn al-Shat al-Baja'i, and the explanation of Muhammad bin Yusuf al-Sanusi. All of these explanations are a continuation of other commentaries, such as the explanation of al-Ubay and others. In the third topic: The discussion was about the books written in Sharh al-Gharib al-Waqi' in Sahih Muslim, and I allocated it to the book "Matali' al-Anwar ala Sihah al-Athar" by Ibn Qarqul. The second section deals with books written on other scholarly aspects of Sahih Muslim, beginning with books on the narrators of Sahih Muslim, specifically a book by Abarkan al-Rashidi and another by Yahya ibn Muhammad al-Tilimsani. It also mentions Ibn Tumart's abridgment of Sahih Muslim. The third section discusses works that combine hadiths from Sahih Muslim with those from other sources, including two books by Abd al-Haqq al-Ishbili and another by Sheikh Fadil Iskandar. In the fourth section of this research, I referred to the works in praise of Sahih Muslim, such as the poem of Muhammad Sassi Al-Buni. As for the books classified in the problems of Sahih Muslim, they are two books: a book by Muhammad bin Yusuf al-Senussi. And a book by Ibn Qarqul. The last requirement of this research dealt with the books of proof and seal of Sahih Muslim. I mean the book "It is proven in the chains of transmission of the six books of Al-Abbasi and the seal of Abu Al-Hasan Ali Al-Wanisi.The third section discussed examples of Algerian commentaries on Sahih Muslim, namely three commentaries: Issa al-Zawawi's *Ikmal al-Ikmal*, Ibn al-Shat's *Mukhtasar Sharh Muslim*, and al-Sanusi's *Mukammil Ikmal al-Ikmāl*. The conclusion summarizes the most important findings of this research and includes the recommendations I propose.
