Abstract

تتناول هذه الأطروحة دور المرشدة الدينية في تحقيق الإصلاح الاجتماعي، من خلال دراسة حالة بمدينة قسنطينة. وتهدف إلى إبراز إسهامها في نشر الوعي الديني وتعزيز القيم الأخلاقية، خاصة في مجالات الإصلاح الأسري ومعالجة بعض الظواهر الاجتماعية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مدعّمًا بعمل ميداني. وتخلص إلى أن المرشدة الدينية تمثل عنصرًا فاعلًا في تحقيق التماسك الاجتماعي، رغم ما تواجهه من تحديات، مما يستدعي دعمها وتطوير تكوينها المهني. This dissertation examines the role of the female religious guide in promoting social reform through a case study in Constantine. It highlights her contribution to spreading religious awareness and strengthening moral values, particularly in family reform and addressing social issues. Using a descriptive-analytical approach supported by fieldwork, the study concludes that the female religious guide is an effective actor in fostering social cohesion, despite existing challenges, which calls for greater institutional support and professional training.
