http://dspace.univ-emir-constantine.edu.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/303 2026-04-05T17:05:42Z http://dspace.univ-emir-constantine.edu.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/5560 Titre: مرويات مالك بن أنس (179هـ) مما ليس في الموطأ : جمعا ودراسة Auteur(s): الصالح, عومار; نبيل, زياني; محمد, لقريز; نبيل, مسالتي; أحمد, عيساوي; حمزة, مرغيث Résumé: يتناول هذا المشروع بالبحث قضية علمية حديثية مهمة، تخص الإمام مالك بن أنس (179هـ)، فهو أحد أبرز رواة الحديث النبوي في المدينة، ومن أشهر من صنف فيه كتابه الشهير الموطأ والباحث المتتبع يلاحظ أن مالكا أودع كتابه الموطأ جل مروياته الحديثية، إلا أنه ترك عددا لا بأس من تلك الروايات لم يدخلها في الكتاب، وهي مروية في مختلف الدواوين والمصنفات الحديثية. فجاءت هذه الدراسة محاولة للكشف عن عدد تلك الأحاديث مرفوعها وموقوفها، وقيمتها العلمية صحة وضعفا، وكذا الإجابة عن الأسباب العلمية أو الفنية التي دفعت مالك بن أنس لذلك.وقد خلصت الدراسة لنتائج علمية واضحة، نعتقد أنها تمثل إضافة علمية جيدة للمكتبة البحثية الحديثية عموما، والمالكية خصوصا This project addresses a hadith scientific issue related to the Imam Malik ibn Anas (179 AH), who is one of the most prominent narrators of Prophetic hadith in Medina, and is famous for his renowned book "Al-Muwatta". The diligent researcher notes that Malik included most of his Hadith narrations in his book "AlMuwatta", however, he left out a considerable number of those narrations that are found in various collections and compilations of Hadith. This study aims to uncover the number of hadiths that are attributed and suspended, and to evaluate their scientific value, whether they are sound or weak, as well as to answer the scientific or technical reasons that led Malik ibn Anas to do so.
