http://dspace.univ-emir-constantine.edu.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/129 2026-04-05T17:11:57Z http://dspace.univ-emir-constantine.edu.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/6517 Titre: الملتقى الوطني الموسوم تقنيات وأدوات استعمال المصادر والأرشيف في البحث التاريخي Auteur(s): لطرش, حنان Résumé: يُعد البحث التاريخي أحد المرتكزات الأساسية لفهم تطور المجتمعات وتحليل تحولات الماضي لفهم الحاضر واستشراف المستقبل. وإذ يرتكز هذا النوع من البحث على المادة المصدرية بمختلف أشكالها، فإن نجاح المؤرخ في بناء معرفة تاريخية دقيقة يظل رهينًا لقدرته على جمع المصادر واستعمالها بشكل علمي ومنهجي، مدعومًا بأدوات وتقنيات ملائمة. وفي ظل التحولات العميقة التي شهدتها العلوم الإنسانية عمومًا، بما في ذلك علم التاريخ وانفتاحه على علوم أخرى مساعدة دفعت الباحثين إلى تقنيات وأدوات جديدة في التعامل مع المادة المصدرية والأرشيفية من حيث جمعها وتحليلها ونقدها بالانتقال نحو الوسائط الرقمية، وهو مايفرض إعادة التفكير في الأساليب والآليات التقليدية التي كانت معتمدة في البحث التاريخي فالبحث التاريخي يعد ميدانًا علميًا متجددًا، تتطور أدواته وأساليبه باستمرار، لاسيما في ظل ما يشهده العالم من تطور تكنولوجي متسارع أسهم في إعادة تشكيل العلاقة بين الباحث والمصدر. فالمصادر التاريخية، بمختلف أنواعها، تمثل العمود الفقري لكل دراسة تاريخية خصبًا لاستخراج المعطيات وتحليل الوقائع جادة، كما يشكل الأرشيف بمحتوياته المتنوعة مجالا التاريخية وفق مقاربات متعددة. ومع تعدد أشكال المصادر )رسمية، خاصة، مكتوبة، شفهية، سمعية بصرية...( وظهور أرشيفات رقمية وق واعد بيانات إلكترونية، بات من الضروري التسلح بأدوات وتقنيات جديدة للتعامل المنهجي مع المادة الأرشيفية، من جمعها وتوثيقها، إلى نقدها وتحليلها واستثمارها في بناء المعرفة التاريخية. Historical sources, in their multiple forms, represent the backbone of any serious scholarly study, while archives—with their diverse holdings—constitute fertile ground for extracting data and analyzing historical events through various methodological lenses With the diversification of sources (official, private, written, oral, audiovisual, etc.) and the rise of digital archives and electronic databases, it has become increasingly necessary to employ new techniques and tools to engage systematically with archival material—from its collection and documentation to its critique, analysis, and integration into the production of historical knowledge. Conference Problematic Against this backdrop, the organization of this National Scientific Conference seeks to shed light on the theoretical and methodological challenges related to the use of sources and archives. It further aims to provide a platform for the exchange of scholarly expertise between researchers in the fields of history and archival studies. Central questions guiding the conference include: What are the most significant techniques and tools for the use of sources and archives in historical research? What is their relevance, and how might they best be employed in the extraction of historical material? It opened broad horizons towards their goals and dimensions, which are oriented towards enlightening the mind, refining the soul, and adjusting behavior. The positive and effective results accompanying the efforts of the association's scholars impose on us the responsibility of re-examining these texts and discourses, which formed a new collective awareness under challenging political, economic, and social conditions, in addition to a historical context in which intellectual conflicts gathered, and approaching their contents and methods in the light of contemporary linguistic methods, to understand the characteristics of the educational discourse of the Association and the secrets of its success and purposive effectiveness.
