Titre: خصائص البحث العلمي في الدراسات الإسلامية Auteur(s): هند, أكني Résumé: إن أول أصل يمكن أن تستنبط منه خصائص البحث في الدراسات الإسلامية هو الوحي الكريم المتمثل في الكتاب والسنة وهذه الخصائص هي: الإخلاص فيه لله تعالى، التكاملية، الواقعية، النفعية، الموضوعية، الجدة، الاحاطة والاستيعاب لكل الدراسات السابقة، الوضوح وحسن الترتيب ، وتدور هذه الخصائص في جملتها إلى إخراج بحث نافع يتحقق من خلاله الشهود الحضاري، والريادة العالمية للمسلمين في شتى المجالات، وتتحقق من خلاله خلافة الإنسان لله تعالى في الأرض كما أرادها الله سبحانه وتعالى، وكما سطرها لنا في كتابه وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم.Indeed, the first principle that can be derived as a foundation for research in Islamic studies is the noble divine revelation, as manifested in the Qur’an and the Sunnah. These sources are characterized by sincerity to Allah Almighty, comprehensiveness, realism, objectivity, precision, thoroughness, and the capacity to encompass all previous studies, as well as clarity and sound organization. These features have contributed to producing a research model that fulfills the interests of civilization and serves the practical will of the Muslim individual in various fields. This model realizes the vicegerency of humankind on Earth in the manner intended by Allah—glorious and exalted be He—as outlined in His Book and the Sunnah of His Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

Titre: تدوين السنة ودر الشبهات حولها Auteur(s): نور الدين, تومي Résumé: ملخص البحث تعددت طعون الحداثيين في السنة النبوية، وكان موضوع تدوين السنة من أهم المواضيع التي طالتها أقلام الحداثيين حيث تعتبر شبهة النهي عن كتابة الحديث وتأخر تدوين السنة ومن ثم حفظ السنة وكتابتها ونقلها وتدوينها، من أهم الشبهات المثارة حول السنة عندهم، فما من أحدٍ منهم تكلم حول مسائل السنة إلا وكانت هذه المسألة حاضرة في دراسته ونقاشه، فجاء هذا البحث ليسلط الضوء على مسألة تدوين السنة والمراحل الذي مر بها هذا التدوين والشبهات المثارة حولها والجواب عليها. Abstract: The criticisms of modernists towards the prophetic tradition varied, and the issue of documenting the Sunnah was one of the most important topics that modernist pens addressed. The suspicion of prohibiting the writing of hadith, the delay in documenting the Sunnah, and then preserving, writing, transmitting, and documenting it, are among the most significant suspicions raised about the Sunnah by them. Whenever any of them discussed Sunnah issues, this issue was present in their studies and discussions. The presentation addresses the importance of scientific integrity in academic studies, the necessity of this scientific and ethical principle, and its role in advancing scientific research at Algerian universities. The presentation also mentioned the penalties imposed by the relevant ministry to curb this phenomenon.
