Titre: جهود علماء الجزائر في شرح الموطأ، دراسة نموذجية لشرحي أبي عبد الله اليفرني التلمساني )625 هـ Auteur(s): نبيل, بلهي Résumé: هذا البحث يسلط الضوء على علم من أعلام الدرس الحديثي المعاصر في الجزائر الشيخ الدكتور التواتي بت التواتي الاغواطي، من خلال كتابه ( منهج السالك شرحموطأ مالك حيث يعرف بجهوده في الدرس الحديثي، ومنهجه في شرح موطأ مالك بن أنس، مبرزا أهم خصائص الشرح، وطريقة المؤلف في دراسة الأسانيد والمتون، وأهم الفوائد التي احتوى عليها هذا الشرح النفيس. وخَلُص البحث إلى أن التواتي بن التواتي قامة علمية كبيرة، جمعت بين الدرس التقليدي والدرس الأكاديمي المعاصر، وأن كتابه في شرح موطأ فيه فوائد لغوية وفقهية مهمة، فهو مرجع معاصر مهم لكل من تصدى لتدريس الموطأ. This research sheds light on one of the flags of the contemporary hadithic study in Algeria, Sheikh Dr. Al-Tawati bin Al-Tawati Al-Aghouti, through his book (Minhaj Al-Salik Sharh Mawtooq Malik), where he is known for his efforts in the hadithic study, and his approach in the commentary of Mawtooq Malik bin Anas, highlighting the most important characteristics of the commentary and the author's method of studying the chains and texts, and the people of the benefits contained in this precious commentary. The research concluded that Al-Tawati is a scholarly figure who combined traditional and contemporary academic study, and that his book in the commentary of Muta'a contains important linguistic and jurisprudential benefits.

Titre: إنعكاسات مفهوم الأمة على الجغرافيا الدينية و موقف الغرب من ذلك Auteur(s): فتيحة, محمد بوشعالة Résumé: فكرة وعقيدة الوحدة الإسلامية والتي يعبر عنها القرآن بمصطلح (الأمة)، هي اعتقاد متجذر في العمق المسلم أينما وجد في هذه المعمورة، ولهذا المفهوم أثر مباشر على الرقعة الجغرافية التي تشغلها الشعوب التي توحدها رابطة (الأمة) ، وهو من ضمن ما يطلق عليه الجغرافية الدينية. جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية الموسومة ب "انعكاسات مفهوم الأمة على الجغرافيا الدينية وموقف الغرب من ذلك لإماطة اللثام عن العلاقة الوطيدة بين مفهوم الأمة وبين رقعتها الجغرافية وأثر ذلك في قوتها وضعفها، ومدى اشتغال الغرب الكولونيالي على زعزعة ذلك المفهوم في نفوس المسلمين شعوبا وحكومات، ولتجيب على إشكالية مفادها: ما مدى ارتباط مفهوم الأمة بالأرض الإسلامية وما موقف الغرب من ذلك؟ ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أكدت نصوص الوحي على مفهوم الجغرافيا الدينية ودعمته حفاظا على كيان الأمة، ربط الوحي بين مفهوم الأمة وبين الجغرافيا بعديد من العبادات وأبرزها الحج. أشار الوحي إلى أن فلسطين قضية عقدية ينبغي استرجاعها لأنها أرض المعركة الأخيرة بين الحق والباطل. يرى الغرب أن فكرة الأمة) الإسلامية خطر على وجوده، ومن ثمة عمل طيلة قرون على تعطيلها بكل الوسائل الفكرية السياسية والعسكرية.The idea and doctrine of Islamic unity, expressed in the Quran by the term "Ummah" (the nation/community), is a deeply rooted belief for Muslims wherever they exist. This concept has a direct impact on the geographical area occupied by the peoples united by the bond of the Ummah, which falls within what is termed religious geography. This research paper, entitled "The Repercussions of the Concept of the Ummah on Religious Geography and the West's Stance Towards It," seeks to uncover the strong relationship between the concept of the Ummah and its geographical territory, and the effect of this on its strength and weakness. It also examines how the colonial West worked to destabilize this concept among Muslims, both peoples and governments. The paper addresses the central problem: To what extent is the concept of the Ummah linked to the Islamic land, and what is the West's position on this? Among the most important findings reached are: Revealed texts (the Quran and Sunnah) confirmed and supported the concept of religious geography to preserve the entity of the Ummah. Revelation linked the concept of the Ummah to geography through numerous acts of worship, most notably Hajj (pilgrimage). Revelation indicated that Palestine is a creedal issue that must be reclaimed, as it is the land of the final battle between Truth and Falsehood. The West views the idea of the Islamic Ummah as a threat to its existence, and consequently, has worked for centuries to incapacitate it by all intellectual, political, and military means.

This paper seeks to shed light on another dimension of renewal in Qur’anic exegesis, one that is not related to the written exegetical material or to the personality of the exegete, but rather to the modern means and methods that have influenced interpretation through newly emerging mechanisms and innovative media for presentation via global visual communication networks, giving rise to what is known as illustrated exegesis. The effectiveness of visual language and its capacity to convey meanings and messages is undeniable. There is therefore an urgent need to examine what is being presented in this field, especially in light of the overwhelming dominance of images, in their various manifestations and forms, in contemporary daily life. What is known as illustrated exegesis constitutes a fertile field rich in meanings and implications. It calls for a rigorous methodological evaluation, an elucidation of the semantic content inferred from these visual messages, and an examination of what is authentic therein versus what deviates from sound principles. It also necessitates identifying the defining features and objectives of this type of exegesis, determining its prevailing orientation, and assessing whether it is characterized by methodological coherence and consistency. In addition, this study seeks to contribute to the formulation of sound guidelines governing this emerging form of Qur’anic interpretation.
