Titre: مداخلة المنهج الكـــــــــمي في دراسة المصــــــادر التاريخـــــــــــية بين الصرامة العلمية والدلالات السردية Auteur(s): زاوية, سليم Résumé: يُعد المنهج الكمي من أبرز المناهج الحديثة التي ساهمت في تطوير البحث التاريخي، إذ مكّن الباحثين من دراسة المصادر التاريخية بأدوات منهجية علمية تقوم على تحويل المعلومات الكيفية الواردة في الوثائق والسجلات إلى بيانات كمية قابلة للقياس. تنقل بها البحث التاريخي من الوصف السردي للظواهر إلى التحليل العلمي الدقيق يساهم في فهم أعمق للماضي. ومع ذلك، فإن استخدام المنهج الكمي في الدراسات التاريخية لا يُعد بديلاً عن المناهج الوصفية والتفسيرية، بل يشكل أداة مساعدة تعزز من مصداقية النتائج وتفتح آفاقًا جديدة لفهم الظواهر التاريخية من زوايا كمية. كما بينت الدراسة أن فعالية المنهج الكمي تتوقف على طبيعة المصادر التاريخية ومدى قابليتها للتحليل العددي، مما يستدعي تكاملاً بين المنهج الكمي والكيفي لتحقيق قراءة شمولية للحدث التاريخي. Quantitative methodology is one of the most important modern approaches that has contributed to the development of historical research. It has enabled researchers to study historical sources using scientific methodological tools that transform the qualitative information contained in documents and archives into measurable quantitative data. In doing so, historical research has moved from narrative descriptions of phenomena to rigorous scientific analysis, thus contributing to a deeper understanding of the past. However, the use of quantitative methods in historical research does not replace descriptive and interpretive approaches. On the contrary, it serves as an additional tool that improves the reliability of results and offers new perspectives for understanding historical phenomena from a quantitative point of view. The analysis also revealed that the effectiveness of the quantitative method is contingent upon the nature of the historical sources and their suitability for numerical processing. This implies the need for integration between quantitative and qualitative methodologies to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the historical event. Titre: مداخلة مشاريع رقمنة الوثائق التاريخية في الجزائر: الأسباب، الأهمية والمتطلبات Auteur(s): حافظي، زهير Résumé: تعد مشاريع رقمنة الوثائق التاريخية من المواضيع الحديثة في الوقت الحاضر، حيث تسمح هذه التقنيات بتحويل المعلومات التي تحتويها الوثائق إلى شكل رقمي مما يسهل معه حفظها واسترجاعها ، وعليه فإن وضع سياسات لرقمنة الوثائق التاريخية في الجزائر من قبل المؤسسات الأرشيفية يتطلب توفير العديد من الوسائل الحديثة المختلفة منها الأجهزة والبرمجيات والموارد البشرية المؤهلة والمتخصصة. ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لاستعراض أهم الأسباب للتوجه نحو رقمنة الوثائق التاريخية وأهميتها في حفظ الذاكرة الوطنية، مع تسليط الضوء على المتطلبات الأساسية لإنجاح مشاريع الرقمنة . ثم اقتراح بعض الحلول التقنية لتفعيل استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في رقمنة الوثائق التاريخية في الجزائر Digitizing historical documents is a modern topic nowadays, as these technologies allow the information contained in documents to be converted into a digital form, which makes it easier to preserve and retrieve them. Therefore, the development of policies for digitizing historical documents in Algeria by archival institutions requires the provision of many different modern means, primarily related to hardware, software, and qualified and specialized human resources. Hence, this study aims to review the most important reasons for the move toward digitizing historical documents and its importance in preserving national memory, highlighting the basic requirements for the success of digitization projects. It then proposes some technical solutions to activate the use of modern technologies in digitizing historical documents in Algeria. Titre: مداخلة أهمية استغلال الأرشيف في البحث التاريخي من خلال كشافات الأستاذ خليفة حماش "كشاف وثائق تاريخ الجزائر في العهد العثماني انمودج" Auteur(s): لطرش, حنان Résumé: يعتبر الأرشيف من المصادر الأولية للكتابات التاريخية عبر جميع عصوره كما يشكل اللبنة الأساسية للبحث العلمي والكتابة التاريخية باعتباره ذاكرة الشعوب عبر العصور لذلك تظم مراكز الأرشيف وثائق دات قيمة تاريخية وهي مادة للتاريخ والبحث، و كثيرا ما يتردد الباحثين من أجل الاستفادة والاطلاع على هذه الوثائق ؛لذلك احتاجوا لأدوات بحثية من فهارس وملخصات وكشافات تساعد هم؛ في الأرشيف للإيجاد المعلومات التي يبحثون عنها في مختلف الارشيفات بكل سهولة ؛ وقد ساهم الاستاد خليفة حماش في كشف وترتيب مجموعة من هذه الوثائق التي تتعلق بتاريخ الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني وكذلك بداية الاحتلال الفرنسي في المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية والتونسية وكذلك الخزانة الحسينية بالرباط ، من خلال إنجازه لمجموعة من الكشافات ساهمت في التعريف بهذه الوثاق للباحثين حيث رصد من خلالها مجموع الوثائق في مختلف هذه المكاتب ومنه نطرح الإشكالية التالية : ماهي أهمية الكشافات في ترتيب وتصنيف الوثائق التاريخية وأهميتها بالنسبة للباحثين؟ ما أهمية الكشافات التي أنجزها خليفة حماش لوثائق تاريخ الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني؟. The archive is considered one of the primary sources for historical writing across all eras. It forms the fundamental basis for scientific research and historical writing, serving as the collective memory of peoples throughout time. Archival centers therefore contain documents of great historical value, which constitute essential material for history and research. However, researchers often face difficulties in accessing and utilizing these documents effectively. Hence, they rely on research tools such as catalogs, summaries, and indexes that facilitate access to information within various archives. In this context, Professor Khalifa Hammache has significantly contributed to uncovering and organizing a collection of documents related to the history of Algeria during the Ottoman period and the beginning of the French occupation, preserved in the National Libraries of Algeria and Tunisia, as well as in the Hassaniyah Library in Rabat. Through his compilation of several indexes, he introduced these valuable documents to researchers by listing and classifying them across these repositories. This study raises the following questions: What is the importance of indexes in the organization and classification of historical documents, and what is their significance for researchers? What is the specific value of the indexes prepared by Khalifa Hammache for the documents of Algerian history during the Ottoman period? Smart university digital repositories are one of the most important pillars of this transformation, as they serve as a bridge between the university and the external environment, which recognizes the knowledge and innovation products of the research institution. For this reason, universities are keen to build and develop their digital repositories in accordance with technical standards based on artificial intelligence tools, which allow for high visibility of this production.
